About Me

Hi, I'm Zachary Covell, a personal trainer who's passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals.

My journey into fitness started during my Freshman year of college, when I had to do 100 push-ups in front of an audience. As someone who didn't know much about working out and was nervous about going to the gym, I quickly discovered my love for physical fitness and personal training.

Thankfully, my college offered free personal training through the gym, which gave me the opportunity to work with several trainers before finding a mentor who has since become a dear friend. Under their guidance, I not only discovered my passion for personal training, but also pursued further certifications in nutrition coaching (AASDN).

Now, as a personal trainer, I specialize in helping beginners get started, athletes overcome plateaus, and I'm dedicated to providing comprehensive and well-rounded guidance to my clients. One of the greatest blessings of my job is the community of like-minded individuals I've built around me - other performers who love physical fitness and share my passion for helping others.
